Meet our Team
“If you have time to lean, you have time to clean”
Michelle joined the team in 2002. She is a licensed dental assistant and manages our social media. She holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Assisting from Century College Michelle chose dentistry because she likes helping people with their smiles. She also loves trying out and learning about new technology in the dental field.
Outside of work, Michelle has two sons, one dog and three cats. Some of her hobbies include volleyball, softball and golf. What’s one thing you may not know about Michelle? Her long term goal is to visit as many baseball stadiums as possible.
Colleen has been a member of our team since 1997. She has a dental hygienist degree from the University of Minnesota. Colleen has had a strong connection to dentistry ever since she was a child. She even had a dental assistant job while in high school. Colleen decided to pursue a career in dentistry for a more one-on-one experience with patients. She loves dentistry because she gets to know patients as people and friends.
Outside of work, Colleen loves to travel with her husband. Her favorite destinations so far have been Ireland and Nova Scotia. One thing you may not know about Colleen? She loves anything “bear.”
Rebecca joined the team in 2011. She is a registered dental hygienist with a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Minnesota. Rebecca chose dentistry because she is a very social person and loves interacting with all different kinds of people.
Outside of work, Rebecca and her husband Scottie have two daughters and three dogs. She enjoys spending time with family, playing volleyball and participates in a bowling league. Rebecca is a football and hockey fan. One thing you may not know about Rebecca? She has an extreme love of dogs.
Molly, a registered Dental Hygienist, has been part of the Martin Dentistry team since 2003. From early on, Molly wanted to become a dentist. She chose the path of a dental hygienist instead because of the flexibility it offered for her children. Molly loves working with people and helping them have a positive dental experience.
She lives in Woodbury with her husband and three children. Her favorite season is the Fall with all of the colors and smells.
Laura has worked with Dr. Martin since 2003 and has worked in dentistry since 1993. As the office administrator, Laura enjoys building relationships with patients and their families which often last for years. Her goal is to try to exceed peoples’ expectations as she takes great pride in making patients at Martin Dentistry feel welcome and cared for.
Laura has four children and two adopted flat coated retrievers. She enjoys cooking, listening to music and staying fit. She is also a “sucker” for funny comedies like “Dumb and Dumber.” Summer is her favorite season.
